Our name, 4-I's, was formed from the philosophy that 2 sets of eyes are better than 1.
Having 4 eyes gives added value, with a built in 2nd opinion, a double checker, and twice the knowledge.
All while focusing on our 4 tenets (I's) to Investigate, Identify, Interpret, and Inform.
Trained through InterNachi the only national accredited institution for Home Inspectors.
Licensed and insured in the State of Indiana.
